Yes this is my distraction from the 'we-just-turned-18-and-discovered-the-word-fuck' asshole students over at the college. I'm not shitting you about the whole 18 thing either, the one girl said she just turned 18. (Granted it is community college) but still. wtf. Anyway.


I can't paint light, or luminosity well. Or really at all. Soooo many people that I watch make amazing pieces with the lighting. Where I totally lack in painting it on the computer. I can do light and shadow, but not these, cyan and bright, beautiful luminous pieces I see! One person I really admire for this is Ayem. Ayem has incredible pieces like this: [link] and this [link]

I need to do a LOT of light studies and whatnot then try with adding the color...I don't know about looking up too many tutorials, but it doesn't seem like there are too many about light.
